Responsibilities

• Picking: Locate and remove items from shelves based on customer orders 

• Packing: Prepare items for shipment by adding cushioning and sealing packages 

• Quality control: Check that items are in good condition and meet quality standards 

• Labeling: Apply labels to packages with the order number, shipping address, and items included 

• Loading: Help load trucks with packages 

• Updating systems: Record that orders have been fulfilled and items are in transit
