Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for picking customer orders, packing them securely, and ensuring timely shipment. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, have good attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from shelves based on order slips or handheld scanners

• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping

• Label packages with correct shipping information

• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Meet daily/weekly productivity targets

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and reading skills

• Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse software is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed
