1. Picking Responsibilities:

• Locate and retrieve items from storage based on order lists.

• Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities before picking.

• Ensure items are undamaged and meet quality standards.

• Use scanners or inventory management systems to update stock records.

• Organize picked items in designated bins or containers.

2. Packing Responsibilities:

• Inspect items for damages or defects before packing.

• Wrap, box, and label products according to company standards.

• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Use packaging materials such as bubble wrap, tape, and cartons effectively.

• Weigh and seal packages for shipment.

3. General Warehouse Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

• Assist in loading/unloading shipments if required.

• Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to supervisors.

• Meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
