Designation: Procurement Executive

Office timings - 10am to 07pm

Location - Belapur

Role and Responsibilities

Purchase orders: Assist in the process of Procure-to Pay. Generate purchase orders; validate and maintain changes in purchase order according to business needs

Vendor Management: Source and onboard new suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain relationships with existing vendors.

Cost Control: Ensure cost-effective purchasing by comparing prices, quality, and delivery terms across suppliers.

Data management: Maintain daily inventory records (in and out) and MIS reports (daily and monthly). Impute and maintain data in procurement related tools and applications.

Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory data.

Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.

Market Research: Keep updated on market trends, new suppliers, and industry developments to improve procurement strategies.

Skills required –

• Knowledge of purchase order and delivery note preparation

• Must have inventory handling experience

• Can track shipments (by air /by sea and by courier)

• Import and export documentation knowledge
