Purchase Executive

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Supplier Management:

  • Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers. 

  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on reliability, quality, and cost. 

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers. 

  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers. 

• Procurement Process:

  • Manage purchase orders from creation to closure. 

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. 

  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to quality, quantity, and pricing. 

• Cost and Quality Control:

  • Monitor and analyze purchase costs to identify cost-saving opportunities. 

  • Ensure the quality of purchased products and services. 

  • Maintain records of orders, payments, and stocks.
