Purchase Executive

Procurement Management: o Iden fy and source technical and engineering materials and parts required for manufacturing processes. o Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical capability, quality, cost, and delivery reliability. o Nego ate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. 2. Technical Evalua on: o Assess technical specifica ons of materials and parts to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements. o Collaborate with the engineering and produc on teams to understand technical needs and requirements. o Conduct technical evalua ons of supplier proposals and bids. 3. Supplier Management: o Develop and maintain strong rela onships with key suppliers and vendors. o Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to contractual obliga ons and quality standards. o Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier facili es and processes. 4. Inventory Management: o Coordinate with inventory control to maintain opmal stock levels of technical materials and parts. o Ensure mely delivery of materials to avoid produc on delays. o Manage and resolve any discrepancies related to procurement and inventory. 5. Cost Control: o Implement cost-saving ini a ves and strategies without compromising on quality and technical requirements. o Analyze market trends and pricing to iden fy cost reduc on opportuni es. o Prepare and manage the procurement budget. 6. Documenta on and Compliance: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, and technical evalua ons. o Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. o Prepare reports and presenta ons on procurement ac vi es and performance metrics. 7. Con nuous Improvement: o Iden fy and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effec veness of the procurement func on. o Stay updated with the latest advancements in materials, technologies, and procurement prac ces. o Par cipate in cross-func onal teams and projects to support overall business objec ves.
