Stock Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper stacking and safety of materials.
Coordination: Communicate with the procurement team, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Documentation: Keep up-to-date records of all received and issued materials, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company standards in the store operations.
Team Supervision: Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory, stock levels, and material usage for management review.
Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in inventory or store management, especially in construction or real estate projects.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
