Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced Store Managers to manage dark store operations across quick commerce segment. The role entails improving the packer productivity, manage daily store operations and improve KEY Growth metrics

•Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management•: Oversee daily operations ofthe dark store, ensuring seamless execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.

2. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets, controlcosts, and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.

4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherenceto company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
