Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Helpdesk Executive to join our team in Sholinganallur. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and a solid understanding of help desk operations. This position will be responsible for managing transport requests, assisting employees with their travel needs, and ensuring smooth operations within the transport department.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to transportation inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update transportation schedules and databases using advanced Excel skills.
Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient transport operations.
Assist employees in resolving transportation issues and provide timely support.
Monitor transport service levels and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Prepare daily and monthly reports related to transport operations and employee usage.
Keep abreast of transport regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably within the transport sector.
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferably male candidates for operational needs.
