11) Overseeing vehicle repairs and replacements.  

12) Monitoring vehicle health and performance. 

13) Recruiting, hiring, and training drivers.  

14) Monitoring driver performance and behavior.  

15) Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 

16) Analyzing fleet data to identify areas for improvement.

 17) Managing fleet budgets and reporting on costs.
