Ensuring vehicles are properly serviced and maintained, including managing repair schedules and tracking maintenance costs. 

Monitoring driver and vehicle logs, adhering to transportation regulations, and ensuring safety standards are met. 

Managing the transportation budget, identifying cost-saving measures, and optimizing transportation costs. 

Resolving issues that arise during transportation, including accidents, delays, and other disruptions. 

Maintaining accurate records of all transportation activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver logs. 

Communicating effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
