Overseeing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring vendor performance, and mitigating risks to optimize collaboration and ensure compliance, while also focusing on cost-saving initiatives. 

• Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, acting as a point of contact, and resolving issues. 

• Contract Negotiation and Management:

  Negotiating favorable contract terms, ensuring compliance with agreements, and managing the entire contract lifecycle. 

• Vendor Selection and Onboarding:

  Identifying and evaluating potential vendors, conducting due diligence, and facilitating the onboarding process. 

• Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:

  Regularly monitoring vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. 

• Risk Management:

  Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with vendors, including financial, operational, and reputational risks. 

• Cost Optimization:

  Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives through vendor negotiations and performance improvements. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring that vendors meet all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements. 

• Communication and Collaboration:

  Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and vendors, fostering strong working relationships.
