Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Ensure proper inventory management using ERP/WMS systems.

• Maintain stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

• Plan and allocate space for storage, optimizing warehouse layout.

• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff for efficient performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatches in coordination with logistics teams.

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and security procedures.

• Maintain records of goods, invoices, and logistics documentation.

• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for demand planning and order fulfillment.

• Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
