Warehouse Assistant

• Coordinate and prepare outgoing shipments of materials, ensuring accurate quantities and proper packaging. Communicate with internal teams to update on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Receive incoming materials, verify the accuracy of shipments, and inspect for damages or discrepancies, unpacking & sorting of material after receiving.
  prepare & pack all the required material for dispatch.

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting periodic cycle counts to reconcile inventory levels.

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming and outgoing materials.

• Handle the processing of all order dispatch with accuracy and timeliness.
