Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

   • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

   • Ensure proper handling and stocking of valves and related components to prevent damage.

   • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.

2. Inventory Control & Management:

   • Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic cycle counts and audits.

   • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of inventory movement in ERP systems.

   • Implement FIFO/LIFO methods as per the company’s inventory policy.

3. Logistics & Dispatch:

   • Plan and coordinate shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries.

   • Liaise with transporters and vendors for smooth logistics operations.

   • Ensure all shipments comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

4. Process Compliance & Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.

   • Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards.

   • Oversee documentation related to GRN, invoices, and other statutory requirements.

5. Team Leadership & Training:

   • Supervise warehouse staff and assign duties efficiently.

   • Train team members on best practices, safety measures, and inventory procedures.

   • Encourage teamwork and maintain a disciplined work environment.

6. Safety & Compliance:

   • Enforce warehouse safety protocols and ensure adherence to PPE guidelines.

   • Identify and mitigate potential warehouse hazards.

   • Conduct regular safety drills and inspections
