Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

2. Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.

3. Ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and conducting regular stock audits.

4. Implement and maintain effective warehouse procedures and systems, including health and safety protocols.

5. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

6. Analyze and resolve warehouse operational issues, including inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.

7. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

8. Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, staff productivity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.

3. Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
