Warehouse Executive

Inventory Management:

• Receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies. 

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels. 

• Identifying and addressing discrepancies in inventory. 

• Ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet demand. 

• Storage and Organization:

  • Organizing and maintaining the storeroom in a neat and orderly manner. 

  • Ensuring that materials are stored according to weight, temperature, size, and safety precautions. 

  • Material Handling:

    • Loading and unloading stock efficiently. 

    • Ensuring proper handling and distribution of goods. 

    • Measuring, counting, and/or cutting requested amounts of materials. 

    • Record Keeping:

      • Maintaining accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock levels. 

      • Preparing and maintaining store reports. 

      • Maintaining store stock registers and asset stock registers. 

      • Other Duties:

        • Assisting customers with inquiries about products and availability. 

        • Participating in inventory counts and cycle counts. 

        • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures. 

        • Supervising other staff members (in some roles).
