Designation: Station Support Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Unloading the packages

• Sorting the packages area-wise

• Scanning and allotting the packages customer-wise to Delivery Associates

Eligibility:  

• Local language important

• 18 – 50 yrs

• Smart and prompt in nature

Salary: Fixed salary up to Rs. 15,000 per month

• Attendance bonus: Rs. 1,000

• Joining bonus: Upto Rs. 3,000 (depending on location)

• Mobile allowance: Rs. 880

Location: Bangalore 

Interview Process: No interviews, walk in with the eligibility criteria and walk out with the job!

Shifts:

• Morning Shift (6:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

• Second Shift (01:00 P.M -10:00 P.M

• (Associate has to report as per shifts given)

Growth Opportunity:

• Based on performance, contract will be extended and performers also will be promoted within the company and will be on-rolled with the company in 3 years.

• If promoted from SSA/DA to team leader and eventually station manager, you will be automatically on-rolled by the company.
