Last Mile Operations: Supervise the final stages of the logistics process, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring on-time and secure shipments to end customers.

Booking Management: Oversee the booking procedures, optimizing schedules, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for seamless operations.

Delivery Oversight: Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to designated locations, implementing strategies to enhance delivery efficiency.

•

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance and support for professional development.

•

Ownership Mentality: Take ownership of warehouse processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring clear and transparent information flow.
