Key Responsibilities:

● Handle day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning of the store.

● Oversee and manage the store’s inventory

● Regularly conduct inventory checks and stock audits to minimize discrepancies.

● Regularly update inventory systems to track stock movements, updates, and changes in

real-time.

● Ensure the accuracy of inventory records across all platforms (physical stock and digital

records).

● Provide general assistance in managing store operations, including answering customer

queries, processing returns, and providing on-the-floor support as needed.

● Assist the store owner in accepting and processing customer orders.

● Ensure timely and accurate packing of orders, preparing items for shipment or customer

pickup.

● Travel to different stores in a locality on a need basis.

● Go to aligned stores, scan barcodes for every product, and upload the same on the

Pincode App.

Requirements:

● Minimum experience requires - 1 year

● Qualification - Graduate

● Open to field work

● Preferable to own a two wheeler

● Open to Six-day working

● Weekoffs will be on a rotational basis

● Shift based assignments

They will be getting travel allowance + Incentives in addition to their base salary.
