Job overview:

We are looking for candidates who will join our team as a procurement In-charge. Candidates have work experience as procurement In-charge, purchase In-charge, purchase assistant are encouraged.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

• Responsible for overall maintenance of stores, stocks and spares.

• Make sure the stocks are in adequate quantity for production and service of products.

• Must be able to prepare PO (purchase order), negotiate with the supplier and monitor the PO until the purchases are done.

• Must ensure that the purchased stocks and spares meets the required quality set at the same time limiting the cost of purchase.

• Should have strong mail drafting skills.

• Should be able to prepare report on stocks & spares available and coordinate in stock audit of the company.

• Must be willing to travel 100% in case of purchase needs.

• Analyse industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.

Experience: 1+ years in the field of procurement, material planning, purchase planning, material sourcing, supplier management, stores management.
