Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of apparel products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in inventory management, team coordination, and a deep understanding of garment handling and packaging standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of all apparel inventory.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of garments to prevent damage.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through physical verification and system updates.

• Monitor and maintain stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts and audits.

• Implement and maintain warehouse standards and SOPs specific to the apparel industry.

• Coordinate with production, quality control, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Supervise a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.

• Manage warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage capacity.

• Handle returns and damaged goods as per company policy.

• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory, and dispatch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
