Warehouse Incharge

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials or products.

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

• Maintain inventory control, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate records of goods received and dispatched.

• Ensure proper storage of goods, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular stock audits and manage stock replenishments to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

• Implement and maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and sales to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and materials, ensuring they are well-maintained.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise within the warehouse.

• Train and develop warehouse staff on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient warehouse procedures.

• Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational performance to senior management.
