Warehouse Manager

• Support the Depot Manager in overall depot operations including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory management of tractors and spare parts.

• Monitor and ensure timely processing of dealer orders in coordination with the sales and distribution team.

• Supervise depot staff, allocate tasks, and oversee productivity and performance.

• Coordinate transportation and logistics partners for smooth inbound and outbound deliveries.

• Ensure accurate stock records through periodic cycle counts and inventory audits.

• Maintain depot compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Generate and analyze operational reports (stock movement, order status, dispatch efficiency, etc.).

• Address operational issues and resolve supply chain bottlenecks in a proactive manner.

• Liaise with regional offices, suppliers, and other CNH departments for seamless operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in depot layout, process optimization, and cost reduction.
