Based on the Above feedback make Tele Calls and fix meeting for UCO collection for the following day

150 Connected Calls (Fresh & Repeat Calls Put together)

Fix 25 Meetings for the following day for each of the Collection Executive

Ensure the plan is made Route wise, so that all collection Executives of the city get 25 Appointments each

Day Plan for next day should be sent to each of the Collection Executive Separately

Track the Feedback, which will help for making future visit plans

Need to coordinate with the Team Leader & collection executives so that proper collection is happening of your Fixed Appointments

To reconfirm the fixed meeting on the following day (If needed) so that if any FBO cancels the appointment, then in that case the same can be conveyed to the Collection Executive (Which will save collection executives time) and fix an alternate meeting for the collection executive

Check the BDE’s Fresh Active Enrolment Collection and add that in the Collection Executives Next day plan

Take the stock of all leads received for the day and add that in the collection plan
