Application of Strategy for continuous up gradation of OH and S Management System. Authorized to approve and sign on permit to work. Authorized to approve housekeeping schedule and ensure adherence of the same. Authorized to take action on Hazards, near-miss, safety observations, suggestions, and opportunities. Authorized to take actions to reduce the risk in consultation with safety committee members and EHS Coordinating with internal staff for smooth function of operations. Ensure equipment?s available in warehouse are calibrated (wherever applicable). Responsible for achievement of EHS Objectives. Responsible for arranging Associates for delivery of materials. Responsible for daily monitoring of temperature controlled area and take action to arrest temperature Responsible for handling of damaged materials. Responsible for identification of risk involved in operations. Responsible for implementation of revised or new QMS processes. Responsible for ensuring record keeping as Responsible for maintaining safe and healthy work environment. Responsible for monitoring of all orders and dispatches. Responsible for monitoring of Housekeeping activities in the Warehouse. Responsible for monitoring of TAT for order punch to delivery. Responsible for monitoring Pest control activity of the Warehouse and ensure pest control activity shall be Responsible for raising change control whenever any changes are being carried out in the facility. Responsible for reporting product related complaint (s) to PISPL-QA & Principal Company-QA immediately. Responsible for submission of MIS on time. Responsible for training team members. Responsible for vendor management & freight analysis. Responsible for Warehouse activities in absence of Warehouse Incharge. Responsible to ensure Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out of equipment?s/assets as per defined Responsible to record every Non-Conformities in NC log as well as every service complaint in complaint log and Responsible to support safety committee and Emergency response team in warehouse
