• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of fresh produce as per demand.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure best value procurement.

• Forecast purchasing needs based on sales trends and seasonality.

• Monitor quality standards and work with QA teams to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with operations and logistics to streamline supply timelines.

• Maintain procurement MIS and track cost efficiency, quality, and vendor performance.
