Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a professional Supervisor to join Chakra E Trans Private Limited in Surat, PAL. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹16000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bus depot activities, including dispatching, vehicle assignments, and route efficiency.

• Monitor bus schedules to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.

• Ensure smooth coordination between drivers, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel.

• Handle emergency situations, breakdowns, and schedule adjustments.

• Manage bus drivers, mechanics, and other depot personnel.

• Conduct briefings and assign duties to staff.

• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

• Provide training and guidance to improve efficiency and customer service.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have 12th Pass and 1-3 years of experience in the field. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
