Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations for our electronics retail business. The role involves overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring the safe storage and handling of high-value electronic goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching electronic items.

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods to/from stores or customers.

• Monitor and maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.

• Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, especially for delicate and high-value electronics.

• Oversee product labeling, binning, and correct storage according to brand and model.

• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle checks, and coordinate with the inventory team to reconcile discrepancies.

• Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse assistants and helpers.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, equipment condition, and storage optimization.

• Use WMS or inventory management software for stock tracking and reporting.

• Assist in planning warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and order flow.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
