Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with expertise in Tally Prime, GST, TDS filing, and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and have experience managing debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations (BRs), invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tally Prime Management: Maintain and update financial records in Tally Prime.

• GST Compliance: Handle GST calculations, return filing, and compliance.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage debtors and creditors, track outstanding payments, and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Bank Reconciliation (BRs): Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• TDS Filing: Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns as per regulatory requirements.

• Invoice Processing: Generate and process invoices accurately.

• Payment Follow-ups: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and vendors.

• Excel & Financial Reporting: Maintain financial data, reports, and analysis in Excel for better decision-making.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com/M.Com or related degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Experience: [Mention years of experience required] in accounting, preferably in a similar role.

• Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime.

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS filing, and tax compliance.
