Job Title: Accountant Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in bookkeeping, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.) and compliance with financial regulations.

• Process payroll, maintain employee expense records, and handle reimbursements.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Conduct audits, review financial documents, and identify discrepancies.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and reporting.

• Assist in financial decision-making by providing data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or CA certification is a plus.

• Experience: 2-4years of experience in accounting or financial management.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
