Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily stock and inventory records

  • Handle data entry of incoming and outgoing goods

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch and delivery schedules

  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and basic reports

  • Manage filing and documentation related to warehouse operations

  • Respond to phone calls and emails regarding order status or queries

  • Assist with other back-office tasks as required


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Experience in warehouse/logistics sector is a plus

  • Ability to handle routine tasks with accuracy
