Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain purchase and sales data, as well as handle the accounts of our clients. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for generating bills, of dispatching goods, and ensuring that all client accounts are kept accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate the client bills according their bills.
Manage and update purchase and sales data in the company’s database or accounting software.
Update the dispatch report on daily basis.
Record and maintain all client’s ledger, account details, including transactions, payments, and credits.
Generate and issue bills for dispatched goods to clients in a timely manner.
Monitor and track client accounts to ensure all payments and deliveries are processed efficiently.
Ensure the accuracy of all financial records and data.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Provide administrative support for financial audits.
Handle discrepancies in accounts and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain proper filing systems for all client records, invoices, and purchase orders.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related documents.
Perform other clerical duties as required to support the finance and accounts department.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Account Assistant, or similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
