Educational Qualifications:
Must be a fresher/graduate (any relevant degree, preferably in business, finance, or insurance-related fields).
Industry Knowledge:
Preferably has strong knowledge and experience in the insurance industry, including but not limited to:
Life Insurance policies
Claims processing
Customer service in insurance contexts
Team Management Skills:
Must have experience in team leadership and management:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
Strong communication skills to manage and support team members.
Ability to train and develop junior staff and ensure high performance.
Ability to resolve customer issues, team challenges, or operational inefficiencies within the insurance domain.Decision-making skills to ensure smooth operations.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or any other industry-specific tools. Focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
