Job Description:

We are hiring motivated and energetic Telecallers to join our Domestic BPO team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and/or English and be comfortable making outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services or handle inquiries.

• Follow-up on leads and maintain customer database.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the team leader.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass or Graduate

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer support

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
