Coordinate with Internal Teams – Clearly communicate client expectations to the design, editing, and production teams.
Oversee Project Execution – Track progress, ensure quality standards, and manage deadlines.
Deliver Final Work to Clients – Review and send completed projects, ensuring they match client expectations.
Manage Feedback & Revisions – Collect client input, relay it to the team, and oversee necessary changes.
Build & Maintain Client Relationships – Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Ensure Client Satisfaction – Follow up after project delivery to gather feedback and offer additional services.
Requirements
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to understand and explain complex creative services to clients and teams.
Project Management Ability – Organized and efficient in tracking multiple projects.
Experience in Client Handling – Prior experience in a client-facing role (e.g., account management, sales, project coordination).
Basic Understanding of Creative Work – Familiarity with 360° tours, video production, and drone photography (technical expertise not required).
Attention to Detail – Ensures that the final output meets the client's expectations.
Problem-Solving Ability – Quickly resolves misunderstandings and finds solutions.
Preferred but Not Mandatory
Experience in media, real estate, or advertising industries.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or 3D visualization software.
Ability to suggest creative ideas to clients based on their needs.
