  • Handle inbound & outbound calls
  • Understand customer's need & solve queries
Full Time –Permanent - Duration 9 Hours (including 1 hr break)
Mandatory Criteria-
· Communication skill – Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi
· Education – Higher secondary
· Experience – min 8 months BPO exp required.
· Work Timing – 9am to 9pm rotational (No Night Shifts)
· Week off –Rotational,6 days working.
