We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice process team as Customer Service Representatives. As part of this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally and empathetically through voice calls.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Maintain quality standards in communication and meet performance targets.
Document call details and update the system regularly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass (any stream).
Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Fluency in any one regional language from the following: Hindi, Bengali
Shift Details:
24x7 rotational shifts with transport available during odd hours (within a 20km radius).
Work Schedule:
6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.
