Job Summary:
We are looking for someone who has 1 to 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, and/or as CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
- Develop and execute personalized communication strategies to improve customer relationships.
- Monitor and track customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Generate reports on customer activity.
- Identify and implement improvements in CRM workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, Customer service.
- Experience as a telecaller will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
