Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls for our domestic voice process. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and Bengali, with a basic understanding of English to handle customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone calls in English Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Follow communication guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in Hindi / Bengali (mandatory).
Basic to average English-speaking skills.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in customer service (voice process) is a plus.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and patiently.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call logging.
