Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.

• Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes.

• Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product/service guidance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
