As an E-commerce Voice Process Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, order issues, product information, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer calls, ensuring that inquiries related to product orders, deliveries, payments, and returns are addressed efficiently. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. Provide support for various stages of the customer journey, from product selection to post-purchase support. Maintain high-quality standards for customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and resolve issues within the required time frame.
