This role focuses on handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, assisting customers with their needs, and providing timely, accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide detailed information about products, services, and solutions to customers.

• Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

• Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately in the CRM system.

• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels or management as required.

• Stay up-to-date with product/service updates and new policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an inbound customer support role (preferably 1-2 years).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and manage multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
