1. 6 month prior experience - would prefer to have that in support roles,

2. Good written English

3. Good typing speed with high accuracy, 45+, with 90% accuracy at least

4. It is a backend chat process

1. 2 rounds of interview - 1 skill round, 1 fitment round

2. Looking for folks who would stick around for longer, frequent jumps will be a red flag.

3. Looking for folks who stay close to HSR and have a vehicle (preferably)
