This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2C Sales. The role offers ₹11000 - ₹18000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.Key Responsibilities:Handle client Chats in a professional and efficient manner.Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.Maintained accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.Job Requirements:The ideal candidate either a fresher or has 0-1 year of experience in customer service and must be proficient in English, Telugu. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires a minimum of 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days during the Day shift.
