Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer payment record.

• Loan & EMI Collection.

• Offer Settlement and waiver to close customers loan.

• Regular visit to customer place to updating them on their overdue or outstanding payment.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5-1 years of experience in FIELD COLLECTION OR LOAN COLLECTION EXECUTIVE, who are proficient in Bengali, Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
