Organize workshops, onboarding sessions, or e-learning modules.
Performance Monitoring:
Review key performance indicators (KPIs) like occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores.
Provide strategic guidance based on performance analytics.
Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison between the hotel brand (franchisor) and the franchisee.
Resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and foster strong partnerships.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Guide franchisees on local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Ensure alignment with corporate marketing initiatives.
Expansion & Development (sometimes):
Assist in identifying new franchise opportunities and help with onboarding new franchisees.
