Job Description: As a Tele-Caller for Hiring Delivery Boys, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential candidates via phone calls, provide detailed information about the job role, and encourage them to apply for delivery positions. You will play a key role in ensuring that our delivery team is fully staffed with reliable and enthusiastic employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates for delivery boy positions.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding job roles, responsibilities, and benefits.
Screen candidates to ensure they meet the basic eligibility criteria.
Schedule interviews or follow-up calls for candidates based on their availability and interest.
Maintain detailed records of candidates' contact information, application status, and other relevant data.
Collaborate with the HR team to schedule interviews and finalize hiring decisions.
Answer queries from potential candidates and address any concerns they may have.
Meet daily/weekly targets for candidate outreach and interviews.
Ensure candidates understand the job requirements, work hours, and compensation details.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
10+2
Proven experience as a tele-caller or in a customer service role (preferably in recruitment).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and engage candidates effectively.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy (using MS Office, Excel, etc.).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
