We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across various industries in the US market. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, visa classifications, and the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
Source and screen resumes for IT positions from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and visa status.
Submit qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and selection process.
Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Teams to understand client requirements and deliver timely talent solutions.
Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience and future opportunities.
Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and close offers with candidates.
Stay updated on US immigration policies, employment trends, and technical skill demands.
Maintain ATS and generate regular reports for hiring metrics and pipeline tracking.
6 months to 3 years of experience in international voice process or US IT recruitment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Minimum educational qualification- 12th pass
