We are seeking a motivated and professional International Customer Representative to join our team for Pemlix Technology Solutions Private Limited in Kolkata at our Behala location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

Job Requirements:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
